Kitchen 

Newly renovated and fully equipped for family meals, coffee before the beach, and dinner after a day in the sun. 

Living & Dining Room

The living rooms features a TV and opens to the dining room, making a comfortable space for groups to gather. You’ll find board games, toys, and books in the entertainment center. 

Backyard

Private, fenced in with a grassy area for playing and a beachy crushed-shell patio giving that classic costal vibe. Enjoy the fire pit, seating, dining table, and grill after a beach day. There's even an outdoor pull-up bar and dip station.

Workspaces

The first-floor office area includes a desk, large curved monitor, keyboard, and mouse, so you can plug right in and work remotely during your stay.

 

The second-floor work nook serves as another option. There's a high-speed WiFi mesh network throughout the house. 

Laundry

Right off the kitchen, especially helpful for sandy beach towels and longer stays. 

Sunroom

By the backdoor to the patio, you'll find space to keep shoes and jackets, and take a quick seat before heading out.

Good to Know

  • Five of the six bedrooms, and all shared spaces are air conditioned. Two staircases lead to two upstairs sections of the house.​

  • Guests have access to beach chairs, boogie boards, and kids toys for joyful days at the beach. 

  • The driveway directly in front of the house fits three large cars or four smaller cars, along with plenty of additional street parking with no restrictions. 

  • The home is best suited for families and respectful groups. Please note that this is not a party house, and we kindly ask that there be no smoking anywhere on the property.

  • Our family loves this home, Wakefield Village, and the Narragansett beaches, and we hope you will too!
